Five First Nations Books to Spend Your Christmas Money On

Christmas is just a few hours away and most of us have time off to spend with our families this holiday season. Whether you are on break from work or from an academic schedule, holidays are always a great time to get some reading done. If you are looking for some books from indigenous authors to spend some Christmas money on, CBC Aboriginal has a list of five books released in 2015 that range from fiction to non-fiction to a graphic novel. Birdie from Tracy Lindberg and Moonshot: The Indigenous Comics Collection are just two from the list. All five of these books are written by First Nations authors in Canada. Check out the other three books at CBC Aboriginal.

What books do you have to add to the list, especially books from Indians in the U.S.?
